I don't want anybody else..

Day too! whoopie doo!

Right. I’ve finished the coursework this teacher wants me to do, and I got about another half-an hour to kill before I am allowd to leave the class room. Its update time! Day two. The Saturday. I woke up, left the tent (scott had already gone) and headed for mine to pick up my bathing essentials. Naturally, this was the moment I found out the things I had actually forgotten to bring: pegs for the tent, bathing sandals for the floor of the bathroom, and extra pair of socks, and more importantly: a towel. How embarrassing. Fortunately good old scott allowed me to borrow his. Booya! He also expressed his distaste at me not closing the right door in the tent, leaving us freezing our butts off throughout the night. Really really sorry.

Anyway, Nikki and Brian (and their mangy dog, Scooby, who OBVIOUSLY didn’t like me one bit) made me some Tea (ummmm yummy) while the rest of everyone made their own breakfast and I ate my pot noodle. Now, here’s a point people didn’t understand. Why did Lloyd not bring any cooking gear? Hmm.. think maybe that 40 quid I had to fork out had anything to do with it??? Plus remember, I don’t do camping so often, and I had to take the train. I had to pack as little as possible ALONG with my school books! It’s a little harder than you think! So I packed something I KNEW I would get the essentials for: hot water. I didn’t ENJOY eating pot noodles, but it was better than sponging of everyone all the time.

Anyway, Certain people had it in their minds that we should WALK to Wells-next-the-sea (great name), which was a good 3 and a quarter miles away. ‘Ho yes’ said everyone, ‘lets go, it will be fun!’ 3 and a quarter miles later EVERYONE was singing a different tune. Naturally I did my best to keep the party spirits up… but no one seemed to care really… hell I think scott started ignoring me by then. But its ok, Hannah and Nikki were all for it so it was all good.

Wells itself is one rather neat place. Loads of kids, loads of cheap stuff, loads of toys, (hehehe lennymonster and scott decided to go into a pound shop and buy the most useless thing for a pound. He got a pervert raincoat. Sad thing is it doesn’t fit him, but he left it in my bag. Not that I am intending on using it. Honest.) thedude and his AWESOME BOYFRIEND steve all stopped for a bit of traditional fish and chips – best I have ever had really. I made sure every grain went down the gullet for that one. It was delicious! So anyway we walked around a bit, bought some souvenirs, then headed back by foot (well, the GUYS headed back, Hannah and Nikki said they were going off to buy shoes and called us when we got there to go pick them up. Lazy women.) Only to find out that bingowings bromleyben and alamac had arrived. And so that’s how I managed to actually start talking to bingowings without being scared that he would think I was not cool enough to talk to! Praise the lord.

Upon their arrival, alamac decided to prove his butchness (which he shall do with flying colours for the rest of the trip, showoff I could have cut that wood with that axe too. Maybe…) at making a fire, quite literally out doing the super aussie powers of Nikki herself quite frankly. Brian of course, cuddling cute little vicious Scooby all the time didn’t really care: he was too much into the rum at that time. Anyway bring on another night of campfire talking till 1 in the morning! thedude SUPER COOL BOYFRIEND steve made us some round loafs of bread which we roasted (hence starting the innuendo moments. Seriously its hard for me to join in the jokes with you white people. I can laugh at the way you say them, but I can’t even get close to being able to say them in the same way! ARRGH!) And slowly we all started crashing one by one (didn’t get a to share a tent with scott no more – bingowings was taking my place. And he didn’t want to share mine either. Boohoo!), but not until after discovering the burning<
