Freakcity forever!
Ok. Break time.. time to see if I can fit day 3 and 4 into one more post, but I doubt it,

Day three started at sometime like 5 in the morning. With a bang. We had had quite bad weather the whole time we were there, but nothing like the thunderstorm in the morning. It was quite literally less than a mile away and woke up the whole camp (except me. I just went back to bed), and was the talk of the camp in the morning.

We all woke up, packing things together and planning our routine for the day. Nikki taught me how to play the mandolin (well.. how to play twinkle twinkle little star on the mandolin anyway…) which I am forever greatful now. Also, Hannah’s hubby Alexis made an appearance, and she and nikki went mental on the musical section, easily making us guys feel horribly inadequate at everything. I don’t care, by this time next year, I want to learn to play the guitar as good as they do. Then I can impress the rest of freakcity with my coolness, and become popular, and everyone will be like ‘OMG Lloyd you are so cool I want your babies’, and I would be like ‘Ha.. in your dreams girls, I dig guys.’

Yeah… ahem…

We did spend most of the morning doing that (hehehe scott and lennymonster went out and bought a pork shaped like a penis. Literally. I sense porn flick in the making.) Until scott had his mother come over to cook us a barbeque. Coolest. Mom. Ever. Her advertising company did that citroen advert in which the car turns into a transformer and starts dancing. I wonder if I could bully my mother into cooking a bunch of us a barbeque one day.. hmm.. I would have to look into that. If we ever have a camping trip in Ghana…

We decided after a hearty meal that it would be a great idea to try and get to the sea! (which of course, if anyone had BOTHERED TO TELL ME WE WOULD BE DOING, I might have maybe remembered to pack an extra pair of sandals for walking through water and silt.) so off we went, across the muddy marshes, through large bodies of water, taking pictures all the way and getting our shoes absolutely soaked. (that AWESOME BOYFREIND GUY steve and scott got their shoes ruined. Hahahahahahahahahahaha! Ahem…) until we realised that no matter what we did, there was no way we would get there before the tide came in and rose. So, disappointed, we turned around and headed back for showers and another night at the campfire. After saying goodbye to the coolest mom ever and her husband/boyfriend/friend/relative/something Andy, we went back to the warmth of the camp for another round of music and comfortability. It was remarkably warmer that night (mostly due to the lighter fluid alamac and bromleyben had brought with it. It was FLAMMABLE! Yay!). One interesting thing was I think me and scooby finally started to get along… I managed to keep him on my lap for more than an hour without him trying to bite my face of. It was quite cool! Unfortunately it was only because he was tired (as was I) And it wasn’t long before we all once again retired for the final time. I know… not much happened to me on the third day.. I’m sorry.I was just so tired. And cold. Actually something did: scott was once again wearing shorts, and I was sitting opposite him for most of the night. I wonder if he ever figured out why I asked him to keep lifting up his hands everytime they went down to his crotch. Hehehehehe….

Anyway, fourth day found us all dying not to have to leave. Well, me anyway. (mostly because I was NOT looking forward to another 6 hour trip from hell) Nikki and brain said they were staying longer, but the rest of us this trip was over. Me, bingowings and bromleyben ended up packing early and played Frisbee with Scooby until everyone else got ready. No idea why I wrote that in, bu
