Promises a load of Gs, if she carries this overseas,
No more worries, no more sorries

This way or that, forward or back? Left or right, fall or flight?

Chapter 2
No more tears,now jus smiles and cheers.
Living larger than abdi
Money comes and goes like acne.
Bought the kids a new computer
Flying from state to state, country to country,
Disappears for weeks on end, then is back again
Tells the kids shes handling business
exchanges parcels and carrys goods when theres no one 2 witness
Plans on buying everybody sumthing for Christmas.
But time is expiring, almost time for retiring
“Its not good” she tells herself
But that doesn’t help
Continues.
It gets harder.
Calls get closer
Goes to one terminal and the guy knows her.
Not oblivious, to the fact that her face is becoming obivious
Enuff money now
She thinks “Frick this”
“One last time. Everbody’s getting something for Christmis”
Chapter 3
Usual routine.
Package secure.
Arrives on time, joins the line.
No strain, no stress.
No trouble, its bless.
Gets on the plane “I’m never doing this again”
“6 hours left till it ends. Amen.
6 hours later.
Gets off straight no hesitation
Doesn’t waste time in immigration.
Off to customs, finally reaches the counter
Then theres a pause
“I’ve seen u before”
Holds her breath.
Heart jumps as he tries to name her
“Yer, that’s it….……………..Gloria Ganor!”
Relief.
Walks. In the distance she sees the exut.
“This is it”
“Hey!!!!”
This time she turns around and feels it in instinct.
He asks to search her bag and their reactions are nsync.
She runs, sprinting and sweating
thinking,regretting
She runs like a soldier
He screams for them to “Hold her”
Tries to run faster “Jus fot the kids”
Runs into a loaded cart n she trips
Epilogue
Shes serving 12 years.
All the kids shed tears
Last time they saw her she was hospitalised
Reverted back to her old self a lot of lies.
Promises it was a mistake, she didn know
“Its all in vain, all they’ll remember is her name”
Broken.
