Dawn of the Dread
Why is it that two hours ago I couldn’t keep my eyes open but now I’m wide awake? I think I’m a nocturnal thinker. My best work was always done in the early hours of the morning at university and that trend appears to have continud into my ‘professional’ career although rather than work late then sleep late I stay up late now then go into work after maybe less than 4 hours sleep and pretend to be something.I’m already thinking about the alarm going off before six so I can lie awake worrying about when to get up and not be late. Got a pleasant drive around the lower half of the M25 to look forward to tomorrow again. At some point the combination of lack of sleep, stress, stress induced nausea and efforts to find out if my breath smells is going to end in an accident. Way too many trips round the M25 this year.
The house is coming together painfully slowly. Its useless trying to do anything during the week- getting back at 9pm yesterday after going to Heathrow to pick up a hire car left me for dead. I could live surrounded by removal boxes for years!
I hear they’re making a low budget sequal to the film se7en- its working title is economy7.
