Composure

I feel quite serene today

I still have this icky cough and have been snivelling all day. Though as soon as this happens I have a coproxomal. It does something weird to me and relaxes me. It’s like a nice warm cuddly feeling – I never feel cold or ill or hot or angry – just nice, though I had one earlier on today and I started gibbering about silly things. It hadn’t helped I’d just been in a meeting with a certain dolly-bird lady member of A&E. The girls and I had been dreaming up a situation with said “bimbo” answering an emergency call -*camera does close up on lady being serious as a multiple-RTA comes in, bimbo puts phone down, sits on the floor cross-legged and gets her My Little Ponies out and plays*

Said “Lady” has little respect

I was pissed off at the BBC again. I was reading some of the “Have Your Say” comments regarding a woman in Warrington who had had her op cancelled 7 times. Some of the comments infuriated me as regards to administrators and managers.....I’m sorry but WTF do they think would clean wards, pull medical notes, book patients into clinics, organise training for medical staff, monitor waiting lists so that all patients DON’T wait 5 years to have their op like they used to – consultants.....no....nurses....no.....and paying their sorts of wages and with their level of expertise, I would bloody hope not either. Most members of the public want to have an efficient and friendly health service, yet grumble about how it’s acheived – If you want to slag off an organisation that’s full of useless administrators and middle-managers then look no further than the police force – and I’ve worked for them bastards too.

The BBC declined comment on my comment

Other than that it has been rather quiet. No Crow at work. No Bf at home so.....I shall go do some decorating

Random Thought: Why doesn’t “Sunday” in French end in “di” like the other’s do?
