Same old brand new
Still rather enjoying having shiny things to play with, not enjoying have nobody to play with lately but meh... The pet australian has moved out and returned to Oz so am currently living alone and starting to go a bit cuckoo knocking around a big flat on my own. Caught myself singing along to a glee track whilst washing up yesterday, the horror! Time to get a new flatmate in before I go potty methinks. Preferably before I go broke too as it’s rather pricey keeping up a big 2 bed in Zone 2 on your own.OctoberBash is winging it’s way around again, this time I’m trying to make a proper effort for it. I’ve already lost about 3lbs of a targeted 6, and haven’t had a cigarette for 6 days. Apologies to any friends whose heads I have inexplicably bitten off lately for no reason. Note to self, when somebody asks “How do I Look” the right answer is not “you’re a visual catastrophe” or “the gravity field from your massive thighs is upsetting the muffins in nearby shop windows”. Sorry Alex, bit harsh perhaps... Anyway yes O’Bash... I am trying to be nicotine free by October 9th. So far so good... well so awful but meh. Hopefully once my lungs have settled down I can go on to being every bit as smug and self satisfied as all those other cunty ex-smokers who like to rub in how easy it was for them to quit... of course we all know better and remember them being neurotic wrecks too. At the current stage the major cravings have just about gone away though I still don’t trust myself to go out drinking yet. I can start tasting food properly again which is a bit of a disappointment considering all I eat is Somerfields ready meals for one and chicago town pizzas... Still, rather more motivated for this all to succeed this time.
So onwards I suppose, more of this website to throw together, a small pile of laundry to get through and bed as it’s currently 3:10am and I have to be at work in 7 hours.
