Well it’s been bloody ages since I last gave an update, but then again not much has happened.

Still sober, three weeks on, feeling sort of better now. Although I must learn *not* to drink Red Bull at the same pace I drank G&Ts. Well, not if I want sleep.

The Doom-Day is over and done, I’m now a tee-totaller. And not doing too badly so far, with over 24hours of not doing it... admitedly, I have been sleeping for a lot of those so far... but that was all down to Wedsdays/Thursday.
